Kloe grew up in Minnesota and has called Alexandria home for the past nine years. Her passion for community service began in Philadelphia, where she started her nonprofit career supporting low-income children. As a former military spouse, her journey took her across the country—from managing programs at Feeding America San Diego to leading the Healthy Base Initiative in Connecticut, promoting nutrition for military families.

Her connection to Washington Street UMC Preschool began when her daughter attended. The warmth and sense of community left a lasting impact.

In 2023, Kloe returned to the preschool as the Director. She is excited to help create a nurturing, joyful environment where children and families thrive together in a close-knit community.
